As part of the National Strategy for Active Cycling Mobility, a series of Regional Meetings was held in partnership with the five Regional Coordination and Development Commissions, with the aim of promoting cycling mobility, stimulating debate and sharing actions, initiatives and/or projects under development in each of the regions.

The Regional Meetings featured transversal and framing interventions by the Institute for Mobility and Transport and the Directorate-General for Education, as well as specific presentations focused on the regional context and subordinated to the theme of each session.
